This Privacy Statement tells us how we collect and process personal information.

What data do we collect?

The only personal data we collect about you are the personal data you optionally submit to us via, for example, fields in a contact form on the website or by subscribing to newsletters.

We also collect data with the Google Analytics analytics tool, but none of the data we collect through this tool can personally identify you or associate with you. Read more about this further down.

Why do we collect this data?

The personal data will be collected from the contact form to process your request in the best possible way and to contact us when we will provide you with answers. We will collect this data only if we consent to you.

Who do we share the data with?

The data you send us via contact form will be sent to us by email. In addition, they are stored in a database managed by our web developers. The data is physically located on the servers of our server administrators in Norway. The only purpose of this storage is to back up your requests in case the email is not reachable.

Analytical data that can not identify you is shared with our web developers through Google Analytics to improve our websites.

How long do we keep your data?

If you send us data via the website that we receive by email, this will be retained by us for an indefinite period. This is to help you better and more efficiently in the future. This type of data is erased on request from you.

The information you submit through our contact form is stored in our database and is kept for up to 18 months. Then this data is deleted.

What rights do you have over your data?

You have all rights to your data.

Withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to processing personal data.

Access your data.

You are entitled to receive a copy of the data processed by us.

Confirm and search for data correction.

You have the right to confirm the accuracy of your data and request that it be updated or corrected.

Get your personal data deleted or otherwise removed.

You are entitled to, under certain circumstances, delete your data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

How to exercise these rights?

Any requests to exercise your rights can be addressed to us through the contact details that are linked to this document. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by us as soon as possible and always within a month.

Where is your data sent?

Information filled in in contact form will be sent to us by email. Before we receive the email, the contents of a spam-fighting system are checked. This is a third party and the data can be sent out of the country in this context. The data is stored in our database in Norway with our server administrators, managed by our web developers.

Analysis Data

We collect data with the Google Analytics analytics tool, but none of the data we collect through this tool can personally identify you or associate with you. Your IP address will be anonymized before any data is sent to Google Analytics. The data collected can include:

• Which browser you are using

• Which device you are using

• Which city / area you visit the website from

• How long you are on the page

• Which pages you are using

The analysis data is only used to analyze general trends on the website, to make adjustments and improvements. These can not be linked to you, and are not considered personal data.

Our server administrators collect similar data, but neither does it contain personal data that can be linked to you in any way.

Embedded content from other websites

Our website may contain embedded content (such as videos, photos, articles, facebook widgets, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as you visit their website.

These sites can collect data about you, use cookies, add third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

If there is a Facebook widget on the bottom you visit, this widget may collect your IP address, browser user agent, store and retrieve cookies in your browser, add additional tracking and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your Facebook account what action you take within the widget (for example, “Like” our Facebook page) if you’re signed in to Facebook.

In some periods, we can use pixels for conversion tracking. Conversion Tracking helps us measure the return on investment of ads by reporting the actions people take after viewing these ads. We create pixels that track conversions, add them to the pages of the site where the conversion will take place, and then track the conversion back to the ads where they run on other sites like Facebook and Twitter.

No personal information is collected as with these cookies or pixels.
